COVID-19 Support for Drake Clients

We continue to monitor communication from Public Health Agencies in Canada and abroad. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our employees, field staff, clients, and their families and communities, safe and healthy during this time of uncertainty.

 

Here’s what we are doing:

  • We are following all Government guidelines and acting as ambassadors to communicate that information.
  • We are communicating openly about COVID-19 policies and procedures, and their impact on the workplace, employees and their families.
  • We encourage employees to take care of their physical and mental health.

FAQ’s

Will Drake be communicating to Field Staff Employees (FSE)s regarding how any absences they will be paid should they fall ill/need to self-isolate?

 

A Field Staff Employee (FSE) is a Drake Employee who is employed as a ‘temp’ working for our clients.

Yes. If an FSE is going to be absent for any reason, they will be communicated to by their local Drake office or recruitment consultant.

How do FSEs apply for things like Employment Insurance, Caregiver Benefits, rent subsidies, etc.?
