We are currently seeking Forklift Operators to support day-to-day warehouse and production operations within a structured and safety-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Support production line requirements by maintaining consistent material flow
- Prepare materials based on production schedules
- Maintain proper inventory levels and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Accurately scan and record inventory transactions within internal systems
- Support shipping, receiving, and order preparation activities as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S/6S standards) within the warehouse
- Identify and communicate issues, discrepancies, or process improvements
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience, ideally within manufacturing or food production
- Previous or current forklift certification with the ability to demonstrate competency
- Availability to attend mandatory in-class training on day shift
- Ability to transition to assigned shift following training completion
- Strong attendance and reliability — consistency is critical due to structured training scheduling
- Comfortable using RF scanners, inventory systems, and basic computer programs
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Full-Time, On-Site Role – Monday to Friday with consistent scheduling
- Shift’s available: Day 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or Afternoon 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- All candidates must complete training on day shift before moving to their assigned schedule
