Drake International is currently looking for a team of Dock Assistants with experience to work on-site at our client’s distribution center in the Vaughan rea.
What we offer:
- Location: Vaughan, Ontario, L6A 5E2
- Pay Rate: $17.90 per hour + 4% vacation pay We Deduct CPP, EI and Income Tax. You will be paid each Friday for the previous week’s work.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Job Type: Part-Time to Full-time hours.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday (Starting as early as 1:00 AM)
- Shift Length: Minimum of 4 hours per shift – hours may vary based on daily workload volume
- Type of Job: Temporary, Contract
What you’ll do:
- Offloading products onto conveyor belts
- Palletizing inbound items
- Scanning and labeling products
- Supporting overall warehouse operations as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Must be able to pass a clear Crim Check
- CSA-approved safety shoes and safety vest are mandatory
- Ability to lift and move products repetitively
- Comfortable working early morning shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset but not required"
- Good communication skills
