Service Manager – Residential Plumbing – Quinte West
We're seeking a Service Manager to join our client's team in Trenton. You’ll join a skilled crew of licensed Journeyman Plumbers, Water Treatment Specialists, and Septic Technicians who take pride in their craft, deliver outstanding customer service, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

What you'll do:
A key responsibility of the Service Manager is to exemplify our client’s core values as they lead the service technicians to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
KEY SUB TASKS
– recruit, hire, train, and improve the field technicians
– work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
– set the tone everyday for the department (bring more energy than you take!)
– monitor performance of service technicians and advise them on how to improve
– encourage technicians to set (and then achieve) their goals
– hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards
– tracking metrics for service technicians for performance pay
– participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
– assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
– conduct vehicle inspections
