We're seeking a dynamic Scheduling Coordinator to join our client's team in Winnipeg.
What We Offer:
Salary: $17 – $22 (Depending on Experience and Skills)
Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

What You'll Do:
– Develop and maintain detailed schedules for staff, appointments, and service delivery using scheduling software.
– Coordinate and communicate changes in schedules with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.
– Monitor daily workflows and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps.
– Track and report on scheduling metrics and performance indicators.
– Maintain accurate records of staff availability, time-off requests, and shift coverage.
– Collaborate with department leads to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
– Provide exceptional communication and follow-up to ensure all parties are informed of schedule updates.
What We're Looking For:
– High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent preferred.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles.
– Strong understanding of scheduling systems, workforce planning, and time management principles.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with scheduling software is a requirement.
– Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, clients, and management.
