We're seeking an E-Commerce Program Specialist to join our client's promotional product supply team in Surrey.
What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
- Build ecommerce stores for corporate clients within our proprietary Ecomm software.
- Oversees, executes, & ensures accuracy in the item sku set-up process for web merchandising from sourcing to sku population on identified e-commerce platforms.
- Provides information & direction regarding graphic arts needs for web merchandise.
- Regularly reviews merchandise to ensure proper & relative merchandising needs.
- Responsible for Inventory & On-Demand sell-through reports to determine inventory needs, identify top-sellers, identify slow moving inventory, & merchandises accordingly (all reports are from our proprietary software)
- Places & follows-up on all orders for inventoried merchandise. Processing of daily web orders.
- Updates e-commerce platforms when inventory is received.
- Becomes an expert in the e-commerce platforms’ capabilities & features from our proprietary software.
- Communicates with platform providers and customers regarding business related matters.
- Handle e-commerce merchandise returns within our software.
- Stays current, learn & educate team members about trending products, services & technology.
- Research, develop & recommend new product & services with an emphasis on creativity.
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines & achieve company goals.
Team Membership:
- Work effectively as part of the account team to achieve sales & margin goals.
- Participate as a member of the account team to develop creative programs & solutions for clients.
- Work in tandem with all internal teams, including but not limited to Customer Service, Fulfilment and Sales
- Communicate in an effective & timely manner regarding opportunities & client issues.
Financial & Business Operation:
- Operate in a financially responsible manner & achieve sales & profit objectives.
- Complete assigned reporting & other tasks accurately, professionally & on schedule.
- Perform & complete duties as deemed appropriate by management.

What We're Looking For:
- A degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, Ecommerce or related programs is preferred (but not required), however recent proven and successful experience is ideal.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with B2B E-commerce
- Must have previous experience communicating with corporate business contacts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms
- Shopify experience is an asset.
- Enjoys working with a team, brainstorming creative ideas, presenting solutions, & creating success. The ability to work and execute independently is also required.
- Strong written & verbal communication, organizational & time management skills, plus the ability to multi-task
- Strong & consistent ability to prioritize activities within specific time guidelines & handle multiple responsibilities within a specific time frame.
- Positive and engaging individual who takes ownership and accountability of their actions and is supportive of the overall team.
- Business casual appearance with ‘can do’ attitude & a high level of passion to succeed, sense of urgency & a strong level of self-motivation.
- Occasional travel for vendor meetings and events
