We're seeking an Operations Manager to join our client's thriving pesticide business in Kenora. 

 

What We Offer: 

  • Salary: $80,000-$90,000

  • Job Type/Shift: Permanent position. Monday to Friday and some weekends.

  • Benefits: Performance bonuses, health savings account

  • Potential for equity or ownership for the right candidate

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead employee acquisition, training, and seasonal workforce management
  • Oversee inventory control and product distribution
  • Run pest control routes and ensure service excellence
  • Manage paperwork, licensing, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the owner to scale operations and grow revenue
  • Handle wildlife-related issues (with proper certification)

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Hands-on Operations Manager to lead and grow a thriving pest control business in Kenora, Ontario
  • Licensed in structural pest control (wildlife certification is a major plus)
  • Experienced in spraying for insects, biting flies, and structural treatments
  • A hunter, fisher, or outdoor enthusiast who understands the terrain
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven to grow a business
  • Comfortable managing seasonal teams and administrative tasks
  • Ready to run routes independently and understand pest control products
