We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Merchandiser & Installer to support in-store execution and customer installations within a fast-paced retail environment. This role combines merchandising responsibilities with light installation services, ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and installed to meet customer expectations and company standards.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 20 – 22 CAD Per Hour
- Job Type/Shift: Contract (9pm – 5:30am)
- Benefits: Health Benefit available at a reduced cost
What You'll Do:
- Execute merchandising plans, including product placement, resets, and promotional displays
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, front-faced, and visually appealing
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock discrepancies
- Set up seasonal displays, signage, and pricing updates
- Maintain planogram compliance and ensure brand standards are met
- Work with store associates to optimize product visibility and sales
- Perform basic installations (e.g., blinds, shelving units, fixtures, display setups)
- Assemble and install in-store displays and customer-purchased products
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, installation, or construction/home improvement preferred
- Hands-on experience with tools and basic installation techniques
