Join our client located in Lyn as a Warehouse Worker/Loader and play a crucial role in their manufacturing facility! You'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials.
This physically demanding position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to rotate through various tasks, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer: 
  • Salary:   $22.52 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift premium 
  • Working hours: Full-time hours working both day and afternoon shifts (rotating weekly)
  • Flexibility to work overtime and all shifts is required to be successful in this role
What You'll Do: 
  • Load and unload materials 
  • Pack and prepare materials for shipping
  • Warehouse cleaning
  • Ensure safety requirements are always adhered to
  • Perform tasks as directed in warehousing, shipping and receiving
  • Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends
  • Dedicated team player with attention to detail and mechanical ability
What We're Looking For: 
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is an asset
  • High School Certificate or equivalent preferred; one year of experience in the food industry/manufacturing is an asset
  • Ability to safely lift 30-50 lbs. repeatedly while bending and twisting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Excellent work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
