We are currently recruiting for Office Support Personnel (Junior – Intermediate) in Edmonton. The Office Support Operations Specialist provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and technical office support across word processing, desktop publishing, reception/switchboard operations, and data entry functions. The role supports daily business operations through accurate document production, information management, front-line reception services, and data processing.

What You'll Do:
- Create, format, edit, and proofread documents including letters, reports, forms, manuals, and correspondence
- Apply advanced formatting, templates, styles, tables, and document standards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational style guides
- Manage document revisions, version control, and deadlines
- Apply layout, typography, and branding standards
- Prepare documents for print and electronic distribution
- Coordinate revisions with stakeholders and ensure final output quality
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
- Schedule appointments and provide general administrative support
- Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and information systems
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Maintain logs, records, and tracking systems
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration, information management, or a related field is an asset
- 2- 4 years’ experience in office support roles, typically:
- Strong keyboarding, data accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); desktop publishing software (e.g., InDesign) is an asset
- Experience with phone systems, databases, and document management tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
