Our client, a Fire Protection Company located in Moncton, NB is currently hiring a Fire Extinguisher Service Technician to join their team. 

As a Fire Extinguisher Service Technician, you will be required to perform duties of maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting systems and other life safety systems as required. 
 
What We Offer 
  • $20 – $21 an hour, based on experience 
  • Monday to Friday   
  • 7:30 am to 5:00 pm 
  • On Site Job Training
  • Immediate Start
  • Weekly pay, every Friday!
  • Free WHMIS Training
 
What You’ll Do
  • Ability to perform system verifications on all size units
  • Ability to perform inspections and troubleshooting on all life safety systems
  • Ability to perform and assist in the preparation of system modifications
  • Completing work orders and reports in a timely manner
  • Keep current through Company training with all applicable legislated codes and standards
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity while having a strong customer service focus
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Clean criminal record is required
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Previous experience working with various tools is an asset (hand and power)
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
  • High school diploma
  • Detail orientated
  • Computer skills required
  • Reliable and dependable, able to be at work every day, on time
  • Team player, positive attitude, strong work ethic
