 are currently looking for a Perm 360 Recruitment Consultant to run a permanent recruitment desk for Drake's Calgary office. With exceptional verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills, you will be responsible for building a solid perm recruitment desk with a focus on your specialties.

What you do
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Perm 360 Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • B2B Sales
  • Marketing and market strategy.
  • New business development.
  • Account management.
  • Superior client service and delivery.
  • Full Cycle (360) Recruitment.
  • Candidate management.
  • Client account history management.
  • Assist with preparation of growth projections, monthly/annual operational forecasts.
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on results and objectives, plan versus actual workloads and results and ratios.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation, systems, policies and procedures relating to quality control are being adhered to.

What you bring
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and sales in permanent placement.
  • University Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be able to translate market intelligence into tangible results.
  • Experience with coordinating and managing challenging projects with proven results.
  • You are a visionary and strategic thinker.
  • Strong operational skills and experience.
  • Well-established in the business community with an excellent reputation.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • A creative, innovative, and results-oriented problem solver.
  • Strong acumen in business, sales, and building client relationships.
  • Extremely well organized, multi-task oriented, and efficient in time management.
  • Able to work in a fast-fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
  • Self-confident and perseverance, dynamic communication skills, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Creative, professional, articulate, and thorough.
  • Possess a high level of personal integrity and you are unconditionally committed to success.
  • Willing and eager to work hard.
