Our client, a leading and well-known provider in the transportation industry, is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Transportation Scheduler to join their team.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Salary: $22.50 hourly plus 4% vacation pay
- Job Type: contract, full-time
- Shift: 7am-3pm shift, Monday – Friday (overtime as required in peak periods)
What You'll Do:
- Execute order fulfillment and shipping documents with a high degree of quality and competence
- Use SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
- Able to perform and return accurate inventory cycle counts
- Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in the work and work schedule in support of business needs
- Working well with others, you will support your team and flex across roles when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent phone manners including 1-2 years’ previous customer service experience (required)
- 1-2 years previous scheduling and administrative experience (required)
- Clear criminal record (required)
- Ability to pass drug testing (required)
- Previous experience using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (required)
- Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and willingness to learn new systems
- Detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and team-focused working well with others
