We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in the Calgary area! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with strong long-term career potential.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and verifying shipping documents, providing customer service, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical and administrative duties. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
What We Offer

- 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime
- Monday – Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Weekly pay, every Friday!

What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly as required.
- Reconcile invoices and accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Process and input expenditures related to business maintenance invoices.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, and filing
- Prepare and format various agreements and documents.
- Develop, manage, and oversee all supplies and inventory systems, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate sending and receiving deliveries as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the same or similar role is required.
- Transportation or operational experience is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Able to work deadlines in high transactional, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, or individually as required.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
