We're seeking a Grinder to join our client's team in the East side of Ottawa.  

What We Offer: 

  • Salary:  $19-22/hr

  • Job Type/Shift: Full time, Day Shift

  • Benefits: After 300 hours


What You'll Do: 

  • Grind, cut, and shape metal components using various grinding techniques. 

  • Operate equipment to remove excess weld and polish metal

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. 

  • Inspect and maintain grinding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. 

  • Perform quality checks. 

  • Help in other departments as needed


What We're Looking For: 

  • 1 year experience as a welder in a similar role. . 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 

  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
