Packaging Associate

We are looking for a Re-Packaging Associate to join our team in Winnipeg. This position requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to meet daily performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

 

What We Offer:

• Salary: $17.15/hr

• Job Type/Shift: Full time hours

 

What You'll Do:

• Open bulk packages and repackage items into smaller units according to specifications.
• Seal and label packages accurately for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with packaging standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily KPIs and production goals.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• CSA-approved safety footwear and high-visibility safety vest required.
• Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, or fulfillment environment is an asset.
• Strong work ethic: consistently show up on time and strive to perform at your best every day.
