The Role: Site Superintendent
In this role, you will spend most of your time managing on‑site construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. You will work closely with Project Managers, leadership teams, subcontractors, and clients and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to project execution, schedule adherence, budget alignment, and site safety. This role balances hands‑on field leadership with administrative oversight and coordination, providing clarity on expectations from day one.
What You’ll Bring

Ten or more years of experience managing institutional and commercial construction projects for a general contractor.

Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification
