Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (depending on level of experience)
This Technician role is ideal for a professional who enjoys travelling around the maritime provinces, solving core lift problems, and working within an automotive space.
The Role: Mobile Service Technician
In this role, you will spend most of your time travelling within the Maritimes to different service locations to inspect, fix, and/or install new car lifts within mechanic autobody shops.
What You’ll Bring & What You'll Do

Work and adhere to the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines.

Attend factory and local training as directed by supervisor.

Participate in the development and training, including on-site training, mentorship and shadowing.

Provide complete automotive lift and automotive equipment inspections and service and installation.

Complete electronic and paperwork that forms the basis for the Company’s service revenue billing system on a timely basis.

Log your work hours via company provided phone and mobile time application.

Travel within the Maritime provinces for jobs from time-to-time.

Work with operations team to improve processes to provide more effective and efficient services and solutions to the Company’s clients.

Identify potential sales and service opportunities, with a focus on service shops and dealerships.

Respond to customer requests for service as assigned by the Service Coordinator.

Other tasks as assigned by the Service Coordinator and Operations Manager.

Manage van parts inventory.

Participate in company improvement meetings.

Attend daily toolbox meetings via conference call.

Maintain a valid and suitable driver’s licence and abstract.
