The Role: Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, account development, and relationship management. You will spend your time identifying opportunities, meeting with decision-makers, conducting client visits, and developing workforce solutions that address business challenges.
Working closely with recruitment and operations teams, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery while building strong, lasting partnerships. Success in this role comes from your ability to generate new business, earn client trust, and create value through a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional relationship building, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and accountability.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
