We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in Moncton, NB area! This is a great company to join and there are many career opportunities for the right candidate.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and verifying shipping documents, providing customer service, scheduling appointments, and completing other clerical and administrative duties. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

What We Offer
- $20 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00AM to 3:00PM
- Weekly pay, every Friday!
- Start Date: March 30
- Free WHMIS Training
What You’ll Do
- Making telephone calls and sending emails
- Billing of accessorial/additional fees as required
- Scanning, photocopying and faxing
- Using Google Maps, Canada Post website, Bringg and TruckMate
- Auditing shipping documents and other forms for accuracy, correcting and reporting to supervisor as needed
- Understanding Federal Transportation Compliance documentation and reporting non-compliance
- Follow established procedures and processes accurately
- Other administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the same or similar role is required
- Clean criminal background is required
- Experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred
- Excellent computer skills and keyboarding skills
- Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and comprehension.
- Experience in TruckMate would be considered an asset
- Able to work deadlines in high transactional, fast paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, or individually as required
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
