Our client, a great company located in London is looking to hire Machine Operator/ Moulding for the Straight afternoons starting immediately.
You’ll be working in a foundry environment for one of the oldest family-owned business in London, this is the type of company like to stay and make a career as there are opportunities to grow and learn.
What we offer:
- $23.46 an hour
- Temp to hire position.
- Straight afternoons
- Steady hours & weekly pay cheque
- Raises after Hire.
What you’ll do:
- Learn to operate Moulding Machines, part changes and tooling changes.
- Create Sand Casts for Moulding practices
- Check part when they are completed and debur and file parts if needed.
- Wrap and package part for shipping.
- Inspect and verify equipment is running properly.
- Lifting to 20-40 pounds and standing for 8 hours as well as comfortable with repetitive movements are a must.
Who you are:
- Minimum 2-3 years of machine operator experience preferably in a hot environment as this position can get very hot.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Effective in communication.
- Problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
- Enjoy physical labor
