We're seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representatives to join our client's transportation team.
This position offers the ability to work from home, with flexible shift schedules. The successful candidate must have access to high-speed internet.
This position is 80% remote. You must attend 2 weeks of in-person training in Fredericton, NB. After training, you will work remotely with weekly in-office presence, transitioning to monthly once trained.
What We Offer:
- Wage: $18.35/hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM. – 9:30 PM (Alternating shifts).

What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with questions and complaints.
- Improve the customer’s experience.
- Utilize our service techniques and systems.
- Increase your skills with every interaction.
- Provide customers with accurate information about services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual English/French is required (written and verbal).
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center, customer service-based position.
- High school diploma. Post-secondary education in business or related program is an asset.
- SalesForce or CRM system experience is an asset.
- Experience with AS400 or Truckmate is an asset.
- Previous transportation/logistics experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly reliable and willing to learn and acquire new skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven self-starter and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail with high organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have access to high-speed internet.
