Our client a warehouse for aftermarket parts is looking for 5-6 Material Handlers to join the Team for a short-term assignment. These positions are immediately available and will run through to November 28th with the possibility of extension.

- Straight days 6:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday with overtime and weekends a possibility.
- Company has been in London for over 50 years and is owned by the same family.
- This position is NOT ON A BUS ROUTE.
The Role: Material Handler
1. Picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing.
2. Complete necessary paperwork (e.g. warranty forms) in an accurate manner
3. Load parts onto delivery vehicle.
4. Sort items in alphanumeric order
5. Operate warehouse equipment when necessary to perform tasks
What You’ll Bring
1. You can do physically demanding work (must be able to move products that weigh 10 – 50 pounds, be able to walk, climb, balance, twist, lift and bend safely and regularly)
2. Warehouse experience an asset (e.g. picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control and maintenance)
3. Experience and certifications in machinery as an asset (e.g. Walkie, Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach, Counterbalance)
4. RF Scanner experience an asset
5. Strong basic mathematical skills and computer skills is an asset.
6. Accountability and dependability
7. Excellent ability to work independently and as a team
8. Time management skills and prioritization skills with a deadline-oriented mindset
