Drake International is currently recruiting and building a candidate pool for upcoming Production Associate opportunities with a client in the manufacturing industry located in Mississauga.

  • Location: Mississauga L5N 6L6 
  • Pay Rate: $18 per hour plus 4% vacation pay based on experience and qualifications.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day and Afternoon shifts 
  • This is a temporary Contract opportunity
  • Tentative start Date is end of July 2026

The Role: 
 
  • Filling, applying labels (stickering), Rinsing and Packaging containers
  • Packing finished products into boxes and placing them on skids
  • Supporting general production activities while maintaining quality standards
  • Performing other production and warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor
  • Assemble packaging by folding and taping boxes, labeling products, and preparing shipments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
 
What You’ll Bring  

  • 2 years of previous experience in GMP food production facility
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical work, including lifting to 35–40 lbs. as required
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
  • Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
