Responsibilities:
- Perform back up Payroll duties. Assist Payroll Dept. when needed.
- Responsible for Benefits and Pension Plan Administration
- Assist employees with any Benefit or Pension Plan issues
- Focus on maintaining the CRM Data System. Ensure it is accurate and up to date. Update employee CRM files as needed.
- Assist HR Manager with any additional tasks.
- Enforce company policies and procedures are followed.
- Follow up on all inquiries from employees, supervisors, department managers.
- Assist with employee benefits and answer all related inquiries to supervisors and hourly employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention through HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Administration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Data driven and detail oriented.
