We're seeking a Forklift Operator /Customer service to join our client's team in the east end of Ottawa

What We Offer: 

  • Salary: $20 to $22/hr – depending on experience 

  • Job Type/Shift: Full time day shifts

  • Benefits: After 300 hours


What You'll Do: 

  • Warehouseman/Forklift Operator/Customer Service Representative 
    • Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required for loading and unloading merchandise
    • Prepping all merchandise orders for pick-up and for next day deliveries 
    • Operate warehouse forklift (Raymond Reach)
    • Shipping/Receiving
    • Customer Service and dealing with customers at the warehouse / processing orders at the register
    • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety within the warehouse environment
    • Making sure the warehouse and office areas are clean and well maintained

 What We're Looking For: 

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting
  • Familiarity with forklifts/forklift operators – must be certified
  • Mechanically inclined, some common knowledge of vehicles and motors in general 
  • Some basic computer skills required/ for register us
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
  • Bilingual
