Distribution Centre Supervisor (Evenings) – Dartmouth
Drake International is partnering with a well-established national distribution organization to hire a Distribution Centre Supervisor for their Dartmouth operation.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing evening shift operations, driving team performance, and improving reliability, accuracy, and overall efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 20+ warehouse staff and lead hands
- Oversee shipping, order prep, and daily operations
- Manage attendance, performance, and employee issues
- Drive productivity, accuracy, and process improvements
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse/DC
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with WMS systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience in pharma, food, or regulated environments is an asset
