Drake International is hiring a Supervisor, Industrial Cleaning, to join our Production Team for our client in the Milton area.
What we offer:
- Location: Milton, ON
- Salary – $90,000- $110,000 – based on experience
- Shifts: Continental Shift, 12-hour rotating schedule

What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 industrial cleaning staff
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and shutdown cleaning activities
- Ensure cleaning of equipment and production areas meets safety and quality standards
- Apply TPM principles to identify and report equipment issues
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and accurate cleaning and inspection records
- Enforce safety procedures (LOTO, confined space, PPE, etc.)
- Manage cleaning supplies, tools, and support cost control initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in industrial/manufacturing environment
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, maintenance, or operations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electromechanical equipment
- Experience with TPM or maintenance practices
- Familiarity with safety procedures (LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Technical certification/diploma in maintenance or engineering preferred
- Experience with SAP is an asset
