Bilingual Customer Service

We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg.

What We Offer: 

• Salary: $20-$24 per hour

• Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

• Benefits: Benefits are provided with a discount and can be discussed

What You'll Do: 

• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions in both French and English.

• Troubleshoot common issues with products or services. 

• Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner (Both French and English).

• Minimum [1-2] years of Customer Service Experience. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office. 

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 

• Full-time Availability
