This Program Assistant role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a corporate environment, supporting projects and teams, and managing records, documentation, and customer inquiries. What You'll Do:
- Drawing on your organizational, time management and interpersonal skills, you will play a key role in providing system administrative and customer service support to the Enterprise Facilities department and its stakeholders.
- As requested, you will provide vital support to projects and programs by creating reports, presentations, and meeting documentation, while also responding to inquiries and concerns in alignment with established scripts, procedures and processes.
- Focusing on your analytical skills, you will carefully review documentation including but not limited to records, data, forms, policies, and departmental manuals
- Utilizing your attention to detail, you will maintain documents, records, and data in a controlled manner to ensure accessibility to information using established knowledge management principles.
What We're Looking For:
- Completion of post-secondary administrative training from an accredited community college or academic institution.
- You will have a minimum of three years related experience including knowledge of good record keeping practices.
- Preferably, you will have previous experience/exposure working within a GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
- Ability to work effectively in a national virtual team environment, demonstrating maturity to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong teamwork, conflict management and collaboration skills including experiencing working with cross-functional teams and providing national support
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers within a Windows operating system including strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a Records database management system
- Preferably you will have experience with Teams, SharePoint, SAP, Documentum, and Forms.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service, paired with strong oral and written communication skills in English.
