We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Maintenance Millwright with more than 5 years of experience to join our client’s team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with hands-on CNC experience and a desire to expand their skills in a supportive environment with career growth potential.
What we offer:
- Reporting to: Location Manager
- Work Hours: TBD
- Hourly Rate: $26 – $30/hour
- Permanent Full time, with benefits
What you'll do:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machinery, production equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues across all production areas.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance following established schedules, updating records and checklists to reflect completed work.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance machine reliability, performance, and energy efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Self-starter
- Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) or equivalent qualification. (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, including lathes, milling machines, and related systems.
- Proficient with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
