We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer / Skilled Labourer to join an established construction team specializing in commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This opportunity offers stable, full-time employment with a company known for delivering quality work through skilled tradespeople and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Assist with a variety of construction activities including trenching, concrete work, outdoor structure construction, painting, and general site labour
- Support project completion by performing physical labour and material handling duties
- Read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans
- Safely operate hand and power tools as required
- Perform basic inspections of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with clients, coworkers, and contractors
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
What You'll Bring
- 1–5 years of construction or skilled labour experience
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, tools, and equipment
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between job sites
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime as required
- Commitment to workplace safety and the ability to identify and address unsafe conditions
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
