What You'll Do:
- Investigate and evaluate insurance claims
- Determine coverage and liability based on policy terms
- Communicate decisions and negotiate settlements
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in claims handling or insurance
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Active licensing (RIBO, OTL, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
