We are looking for experienced Manufacturing production operators to join our client's site.
NOTE: This position is located approx. 20 minutes out of Cornwall, Therefore reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $24.34 per hour + shift premiums
- Job Type/Shift: Positions available on Days (7.00am – 3.00pm) afternoon's (3.00pm – 11.00pm) and Nights (11.00pm – 7.00am)
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor lid‑forming equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform machine adjustments, line changeovers, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- >Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Record production data, including counts, downtime, and material usage.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance, quality, and production teams.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks as required.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or machine‑operator experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12‑hour shifts (if applicable).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, or overtime as required.
