What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Research, identify, and target key influencers and decision-makers within existing and prospective accounts through professional networks and proactive outreach.
  • Negotiate and obtain comprehensive Job Orders that clearly outline role requirements, desired experience, corporate culture, and key skills.
  • Source and attract top talent using multiple channels, including Drake’s internal database, job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Interview and assess candidates to match them with suitable opportunities, with a strong focus on client requirements related to skills, knowledge, and attitude.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks, including background, criminal, and credit checks, to ensure candidate suitability.
 
What We’re Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education and/or industry-specific experience relevant to the role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a commitment to quality and service excellence.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, negotiating, and proactively closing business with multi-level decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed core sales metrics on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, supported by a strong sense of urgency.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting service and revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience with a solutions-focused, strategic approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and CRM or tracking software.
