We’re hiring General Labour – Production Worker work in Miton!
The successful candidates will need to be punctual, reliable, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a high attention to detail, must have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
- This is a full-time Contract position
- Start Date: ASAP ongoing
- Job Location: Milton, ON L9T 2J8
- Hours of Work/Schedule: This position is day shift from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm
- Pay: $ 20 per hour. plus 4% vacation pay.
What you’ll do:
The responsibilities, work conditions, essential skills and physical capabilities listed below are meant to provide a description of the requirements related to this position. However, the list below is not inclusive of all responsibilities and conditions associated with this position.
- General labour support within the epoxy / PVC coating operation, including:
- Use of hand tools (air files, sanders, polishing)
- Preparing parts for coating, masking, dipping, curing, cooling
- Visual inspection, finishing, packing
- Physical work, lifting approximately 30–40 lbs.
- Forklift experience (counterbalance) is an asset
- Other duties will be assigned as required.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production lines is required.
- Proven ability to demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written) with a positive attitude.
- Must be physically fit and a Quick learner,
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Must be able to lift 35– 40 lbs.
- Must have a clear Crim Check.
