The role suits a Project Manager who has progressed through site-based roles, understands how construction work is executed day to day, and can manage people, cost, schedule, and safety simultaneously without requiring daily oversight.
Projects typically range from $1M–$5M renovations, with a mix of:
• Institutional summer shutdown work (schools)
• Active healthcare renovations
• Clinics (dental and medical offices)
• New-build retail and gas stations
You will be involved early, supporting bidding and preconstruction, and remain accountable through close-out. While finance and accounting are handled centrally, this role requires independent judgment when making real-time site and cost decisions.

• You are given ownership of your projects, not micromanaged
• You work in a foreman-style company where leadership understands site realities
• Decisions made in the field are respected, not second guessed
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $100K–$130K (experience-based)
• Company vehicle + gas card (personal use allowed with KM tracking)
• Company computer and optional phone
• Office space
• Medical & dental benefits after 6 months
• Retirement Savings / Pension Plan after 1 year
• Employer pension matching up to 3% (long-term tenure)
• Safety boot allowance ($250/year after 6 months)
• Paid holiday shutdown (Dec 23 – Jan 4)
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 25+ years old (company vehicle insurance requirement)
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass background checks for schools and hospitals
• COVID-19 vaccinated (hospital mandate)
• ICI experience only (commercial / institutional / industrial)
