Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: St. Thomas On‑site
Work Type: 4 weeks
Salary: $20.00 an hour

This role is ideal for people that enjoys cycle counts, inventory control and solving problems.
What you'll do
- Organize parts on the shelf so that part# and descriptions are easily visible to the count teams
- Ensure that all inventory locations are labelled and can be easily seen by the count teams
- Parts that are no longer required for a work order need to be returned to the inventory
- Parts that are obsolete, a warranty claim or damaged need to be moved to a quarantined area or if not possible clearly marked.
- Obsolete and damaged parts should be removed from inventory prior to freezing the inventory for the count.
- Items received up to 3pm (cut off time) must be entered into the system and put away to the proper location.
- Items received after the 3pm cut off time must be isolated from the inventory and marked DO NOT COUNT.
- Fleet needs to provide to the accounting manager the last 5 supplier receipts and last 5 customer invoices that were processed before the inventory was frozen.
- Inform the Fleet Team to see Fleet Manager in the event that there is an emergency and an item needs to added or removed from inventory.
