We’re hiring a Site Manager in New Brunswick, supporting one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and fastest-growing independent car wash brands. Our client focuses on delivering clean, efficient, and reliable car wash experiences.
The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will lead the daily operations of three locations, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead and develop a team of 5–10 employees, set the standard for customer service, and ensure each location is clean, safe, well-maintained, and operating at its best.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee site maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, perform & coordinate repairs, support your team, and resolve customer concerns. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll have a direct impact on the customer experience, team performance, and overall standards of your locations.
What You'll Bring
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills including plumbing and electrical.
- Experience as a Service Manager, Maintenance Manager, Automotive Technician, Truck/Tractor Mechanic, Millwright, Farming Operator, or another hands-on mechanical role would be an asset.
- Ability to perform minor to moderate repairs and maintenance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and site presentation.
- Experience in operations, maintenance, facilities, or another fast-paced service environment.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Clear Criminal Background Check.
- Clear Drivers Abstract.
Work Schedule & On-Call Responsibilities
- Regular schedule is Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility required to support operational needs.
- On-call for emergency operational issues; approved vacation periods are exempt from on-call coverage.
