Locations: Thunder Bay (Blake, Spruce, Nipigon) & Greenstone (Geraldton, Longlac, Beardmore)

About the Role:
Join our client’s winter maintenance team and help keep Ontario roads safe! We’re looking for DZ and AZ licensed operators to handle snow removal and road maintenance during winter conditions.

What We Offer:
✅ Competitive hourly rate: $29.07/hr
✅ Night shift premium & AZ designation bonus
✅ End-of-season bonus
✅ Meal allowance for live-in operators
✅ Guaranteed 40 hrs/week + overtime opportunities during storms

Shift Details:
- 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)
- Extended hours during storms (up to 60–70 hrs/week mid-winter)
Requirements:
✔ Valid D/Z or A/Z license
✔ Experience with snowplow or heavy equipment preferred
✔ Ability to work in extreme winter conditions
