Drake International is currently hiring Forklift Operators for one of our clients in the Newmarket area.

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join a dynamic warehouse team. This role involves operating specialized equipment, supporting inventory movement, and contributing to efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. What we offer:
- Location: Newmarket, ON, L3Y 9C7
- Start Date: Monday, April 27, 2026
- Pay Rate: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: 5 days per week (approximately 35–40 hours, depending on operational needs)
- Shift: Afternoon (3:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive warehouse setting
What you do:
- Operate forklift equipment, including Swing Reach (Dock Stocker/537) and Raymond reverse steering machines
- Perform put-away and inventory movement tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and follow all procedures
- Assist with material handling, including lifting up to 40 lbs when required
Who you are:
- Valid forklift certification is required
- Proven experience operating Swing Reach (Dock Stocker/537); Reach experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs when required
- Equipped with CSA-approved safety footwear
- Able to wear required PPE, including a high-visibility vest and hard hat
