The Role:
You will lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and employee engagement goals are met. You'll coach employees, manage escalations, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with Operations, HR, IT, and Workforce Management to drive results.
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
- Experience handling escalated customer concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules as required
