The Role:
In this role, you will spend most of your time analyzing financial performance, preparing forecasts and budgets, identifying business trends, and providing recommendations that support decision-making.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Building and maintaining financial models and forecasts
- Supporting budgeting and planning cycles
- Performing variance analysis and identifying key business trends
- Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial guidance
- Developing dashboards and KPI reporting
- Assisting with process improvements and financial controls
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA is considered a strong asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modelling
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and variance analysis
