The Role: Framing Assembler

• Assemble panels using hand tools, saws, and production equipment
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Meet established production and quality targets
• Perform quality checks on completed products
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and workplace standards
• Assist in various departments as required, including outdoor work when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Report to work prepared and on time each day
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring 

• Ability to operate hand and power tools, read a tape measure and follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills including a reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation to Smiths Falls worksite
• Ability to work required shifts and overtime as needed
