Pay rate: $ 23.76/hr. 
Shifts: Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm (after training for 6 weeks 9 AM to 5PM on site)
Hybrid after 6 weeks of training  
Start Date – July 21, 2026, on an ongoing basis.

The Role
  • Taking inbound customer calls and would be responsible forTaking payments for Express duty and tax shipments
  • Tracking customer packages
  • Alerting appropriate personnel about payments.  Creating a case or filling out a form to alert stations/GTS of payments made.
  • Provide professional and timely response to customer inquiries on shipment status, ensuring service failures are minimized where possible and the customer is kept informed of progress throughout.
  • Book pick-up calls using the automated dispatch system.
  • Provide rates for both quoted and tariff customers.
  • Provide information on proof of delivery requests and shipment status inquiries.
  • Gather and record the appropriate information required for the customer service team to ensure the timely completion of traces for each tracing inquiry.
  • Ensure all messages are being handled in a timely, efficient manner between call takers and dispatching.
  • Manage all customer complaint calls professionally and effectively to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Update all required logs daily to track and trend data.
  • Adhere to all applicable call flow processes and Quality Assurance requirements.
  • Responsible for 100% internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Interact effectively with other members of the customer service, operations and sales teams.

What you ’Il bring
  • Ability to attend 75 to 100 incoming chat, email and calls per day
  • Must be Bilingual in both written and spoken English and French
  • Call Center Experience is preferred
  • Must have Customer Service experience with excellent telephone mannerisms.
  • Ability to work at the desk for longer duration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high transactional environment.
  • Excellent Keyboard/computer data entry skills (Minimum 38 wpm)
  • Must have experience with escalated calls/clients.
  • Must be able to effectively handle irate customers.
  • Proven decision making / problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • You will need to pass Criminal background check.
