Drake International is currently looking for Operational Service Representative for one our client in the Mississauga Area.
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Operational Service Representatives (OSRs) during a high-profile international event at the airport. This temporary assignment will run from mid-May to July 5, supporting increased passenger volumes during the FIFA peak period.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the passenger experience by providing wayfinding assistance, customer support, and helping maintain smooth passenger flow throughout the airport. This is a customer-service-focused position and does not involve security screening or enforcement duties.

What you do:
- Provide wayfinding and directional assistance to passengers
- Deliver high-quality customer service to travelers, including athletes, media, and the public
- Support passengers during peak travel periods and high-traffic situations
- Assist with general passenger flow and congestion management
- Offer hands-on assistance when required (service-related support)
- Work across both public (pre-security) and secure (post-security) areas, where applicable
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
Who are you:
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive, helpful attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to remain calm and professional when assisting stressed or difficult passengers
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Able to complete required training prior to assignment start
- Eligible to obtain and maintain required airport security clearance (RAIC or equivalent)
