Production Associate

• Wage: $20.00/hour, paid weekly
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Benefits: Possibility of becoming a permanent employee

1. Packing & Light Computer Work
   • Assemble and pack small electronic products and kits (up to 15 kg)
   • Use PC software for basic recording and labeling tasks
   • Operate barcode scanners and printers
   • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
2. General Manufacturing
   • Execute documented test plans for electronic assemblies, recording pass/fail results
   • Perform basic soldering for cable preparation and simple repairs
   • Handle materials and components as directed
   • Use various tools (crimpers, soldering irons, etc.)
   • Maintain quality assurance standards
3. Documentation Support
   • Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to create and update work instructions
   • Use MS Word and company templates to document processes in Receiving, Manufacturing, and Process Flow
   • Manage document revision control and archiving
   • Obtain necessary approvals for document updates

• Capable of lifting up to 15 kg
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8 hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, barcode scanners, printers)
• Soldering experience is an asset (for manufacturing roles)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation a must – 7 kms away from nearest public transit stop.
