Drake International is currently searching for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse in Kelowna, BC. Our client is a wholesale and distribution company providing access to the industries best power solutions.
In this role you will be performing various warehouse duties, forklift operation and delivering and picking up products from customers.
What you'll do
- Warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking and organizing inventory
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, and deliver products to customers
- Operate delivery vehicles in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of products as required
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Class 5 Drivers License operating a 5 Ton Truck, clean drivers abstract
- TDG transportation of Dangerous Goods certified
- Previous experience in a delivery and warehouse role preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Some overnight may be required
