The Role: Senior Human Resources Manager
In this role, you will spend most of your time designing and directing the HR team. You will work closely with senior management, HR team and staff throughout the business and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to all HR key functions. This role balances strategic planning with tactical delivery, providing clarity on expectations from day one.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in HR field or equivalent in experience and qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience within the HR Field.
- Demonstrated ability to create and drive strategic objectives for HR and the organization including the ability to make sound business decisions and evidence-based recommendations to senior management.
- Sound leadership, people management and team building skills.
