We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while supporting overall warehouse functions including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
- Operate reach truck safely to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products.
- Put away products into high racking systems up to 18 Ft.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Prepare shipments and ensure proper labeling.
- Support shipping and loading dock operations as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Reach Truck Certification (required).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a reach truck in a distribution center.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
